Cooking oil refinery machine

Cooking oil refinery machine, also called edible oil refinery machine or vegetable oil refinery machine, are used to process crude vegetable oil into refined edible oil. 

Continuous Bleaching

The bleaching process is carried out to remove color pigments residual phosphates, metals, soaps and oxidation products using Bleaching Earth and activated Carbon as per requirement of the process.

Our's machinery

The dew axing process consists of removal of glycerides and waxes from oil. By cooling the oil to the required temperature, giving proper retention time for wax crystals to grow and then filtered with the aid of Plate and Frame Filters. 

Ours is a State-of-the-art Deodorization Plant. Deodorization is the final stage of refining to remove free fatty acids, odor, and color pigments to produce bland oil with a good shelf life. 

The bleaching process is carried out to remove color pigments residual phosphates, metals, soaps and oxidation products using Bleaching Earth and activated Carbon as per requirement of the process.
